Extensive portfolio of event experience, specifically international event planning and executionCurate VIP and Executive experiencesStrategy to Execution Program Management for Tier 1 events and experiences Identify and recommend cities, dates, and specific venues that meet the program’s requirements and budgetResearch, arrange, and lead site visits with key stakeholdersResearch, arrange, and lead vendor interviews with key stakeholdersNegotiate and execute contracts with selected vendors to Client policy, terms and conditionsIdentify and adhere to Project MilestonesMeet regularly (minimum weekly) with Stakeholders, partner cross functionally with teams across Client to ensure a seamless attendee experienceCreate, manage, and update program budgets in excess of $1 millionIdentify, justify, and request any additional budget needs Manage event logistics including but not limited to registration and travel, hotel rooms (as many as 15,000 room nights per program), ground transportation, food and beverage, production/AVLead and manage hotels, flights, food, and beverage experience for high profile attendees (media)Lead a team of support staff (sourcing, planning, attendee management, travel)Manage and troubleshoot venue and vendor issues onsiteLead the onsite team to ensure an excellent attendee journeyPost event, review all invoices for accuracy, process invoices, host debrief meetings, and file all documentation Confident and able to communicate the needs of our team to the larger workgroupComfortable with cross functional workstreamsTakes a consultative approach to program planningClear, concise, and timely communication skillsSolutions orientedComfortable navigating change- **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
