Help Desk / Technical Support Representative (Remote)
Remote – USA
6 month Contract (possible conversion/extension)
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Description:
Our client is currently looking for a full remote Technical Support specialist
You will be tasked with assisting internal employees with support across 3 systems across the United States
In this role you will work in a que and assist employees with various questions related to procedures, account questions and how to pull various reports
Prior experience working with a call que system and MS Access is a bonus.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years experience in Technical Support
  • Experience working in an inbound call environment
  • Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc…)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
Bonsu Skills
  • Prior Banking experience
  • Experience working with MS Access
