About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Design Manager to manage and elevate the brand’s visual identity across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, team leadership, and project management, with a keen understanding of the e-commerce apparel industry and the ability to execute visual strategies that align with the company’s goals. Experience in the fashion industry or international exposure is a plus.


Job Duties


  • Lead and coordinate large-scale event projects with visual support, collaborating across teams to plan the visual aspects of the event.
  • Manage the overall visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency between online and offline branding.
  • Oversee and position the brand’s visual direction across all channels, providing professional advice and solutions for visual outputs and communication to ensure alignment with the brand’s tone, while regularly reviewing and improving visual design projects.
  • Identify innovative breakthroughs in products and services from user experience perspectives, enhancing the business value of design in relation to products, sales, and brand image through visual direction.
  • Lead the team in completing various visual design projects to empower the brand.



Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree or above with majors in graphic design, art design, advertising design, or related fields;
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design and team management. 
  • Solid experience in the fashion industry, experience in e-commerce apparel  is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software is required.
  • Strong logical thinking and coordination skills, with an understanding of business needs and company strategy, capable of developing effective design execution plans and action strategies.
  • Experience in project management, with hands-on experience in visual projects from concept to execution; candidates with successful product cases are preferred.
  • Bilingual in Chinese is a plus.
