San Diego NOC Analyst

LHH is trying to find a talented NOC Analyst to join our client’s growing team in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze network and system infrastructure (Windows, Linux, VMware, etc.)
- Troubleshoot network and system issues.
- Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Manage network configurations and ensure security compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to NOC Technicians and IT staff.

You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in network and system administration.
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, hardware, software).
- Solid understanding of network design principles (LANs, WANs, WLANs).
- Experience with virtualization (VMware preferred).
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Azure and cloud technologies.
- Network+ and/or Security+ certifications.
