POSITION OVERVIEW:


We are quickly growing e-commerce company within health/wellness/supplement industry. Seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across various platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and YouTube.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the content team to develop and execute a social media strategy that focuses on posting TikTok and Instagram/Meta Reels to enhance brand presence using correctly formatted videos, trending sounds, and engaging hooks that capture attention within seconds.
  • Help craft and post high-quality content optimized for each platform, prioritizing TikTok and Instagram.
  • Utilize trending audio clips and visually appealing formats that conform to each platform’s best practices.
  • Help write captivating text hooks displayed on-screen to immediately engage viewers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to audience interactions across platforms with a focus on enhancing viewer engagement through comments and direct messages. Utilize insights from these interactions to refine and tailor content, ensuring alignment with trending topics and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams and content creators to produce social content that resonates with current trends and supports the brand's creative vision. Lead the creation of assets that not only reflect the brand’s DNA but also engage and attract the social media community effectively.
  • Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm updates, especially on TikTok and Instagram, to continuously adapt and innovate content strategies. Implement new features and creative methods to maintain and grow a cutting-edge social media presence.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with focus on posting content on TikTok, Meta and You Tube.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment independently.
  • Strong interest in and understanding of popular culture, internet trends and health/wellness industry.
