Farmington Hills, United States the JRT agency Full time

The Experiential Coordinator is a passionate, knowledgeable, experienced enthusiast who will manage specific aspects of a nationwide automotive traveling tour. This role requires traveling domestically 1-2 times per month (on average) to attend client-sponsored events. It is preferred, but not mandatory, that the ideal candidate has a good understanding of the current automotive landscape.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position, working closely with colleagues within our agency, as well as outside of our agency. This role is part of the larger experiential team and requires a positive, energetic, proactive approach to the work and requires interaction and collaboration with our clients, partners, vendors and suppliers.

Responsibility:

Nationwide Automotive Traveling Tour

This role includes strategic planning, ideation, team meetings and event planning with the clients, as well as agency partners. This role is responsible for the management of the data capture equipment at all tour events. For select events, content capturing (for both social and digital purposes), as well as invitation management and onsite check-in will be required. This role also requires the creation/aggregation of all pre- and post-event reporting, as well as weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Budget estimating and budget oversight are also key responsibilities.

Experiential/Client Support

As needed, this role will also support other event-related programs within the agency. This support can range from helping with ideation on a project to actual hands-on event support if needed. Additionally, this role helps support other members of the team, assisting with a variety of projects (digital, social and creative) as time allows.

Opportunity abounds, but hard work and an entrepreneurial spirit remain important to our success. JRT is looking for the right individual to answer the call, with as much passion for the work as for a career. Critical aspects of this role are not only knowledge for the ever-evolving experiential landscape but a real excitement about being a part of a larger, dynamic team contributing to our client’s success. This position requires time at the office when not traveling. In office T-W-TH, Monday and Friday remote.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business or a marketing-related field
  • Minimum three years of related experiential work, preferably in an automotive environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
