Join our dynamic and innovative manufacturing team as a Permanent Welder, where you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the structural integrity of our products. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Welder, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering plans to understand the welding requirements.
2. Performing various types of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and FCAW to meet the project requirements.
3. Inspecting and maintaining your equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and adheres to safety standards.
4. Grinding, polishing, and finishing metal pieces to the required specifications.
5. Conducting inspections of your welds to ensure their quality and conformity to the blueprints and plans.
6. Collaborating with the design and production teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe and healthy work environment.
8. Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the welding process and finding effective solutions.
9. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Welder position, you will need the following:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a welding role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding engineering plans.
3. Extensive experience with MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding processes.
4. Demonstrated ability in grinding, polishing, and finishing metal pieces.
5. Strong understanding of welding safety protocols and procedures.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
10. High school diploma or equivalent. A certification in welding from a recognized institution will be a plus.
