What are we looking for in our Medical Writer ?

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting an exciting pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for a Remote Associate Director Medical Writer / Medical Writer II.

Responsibilities

  • Act as medical writing point person for production of preclinical summaries, clinical summaries, pharmacokinetic reports, safety summaries, literature reviews, and other documents needed for regulatory submissions.
  • Interprets and summarizes data from biostatistical summary tables
  • Works with various internal teams such as Biostatistics, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and R&D Management
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Higher level education preferred
  • 3+ years in medical writing for pharmaceutical industry
  • Must have 3-5 year consistent/tenured experience as a fulltime employee with a pharmaceutical organization
  • CNS/Neuroscience experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to manage projects independently and lead/organize/participate in cross-functional teams

 

Additional Notes:

  • Part time position – 20-30 hours a week
  • Position type: 1 year contract with potential for extension / conversion
  • Pay rate range approved: $90-114/hr depending on experience

 

 

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
