Looking for a regional sales manager that will cover the Orlando area. They will sit remote when not traveling to customers in their territory. This is an individual contributor role.


Regional Sales Manager

REMOTE

Location: Orlando

Hours: 8-4. Manage their own schedules, just have to hit quotas

Interviews: First virtual – second in person

Salary: Base of 80k plus commission, all-encompassing around 140-150k

Permanent Placement Interview Process: Virtual interview and then onsite in NW Ohio

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors degree in business, or related field
  • Experience in sales in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in selling machinery and capital equipment (CNC and/or WaterJet)
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time – or less. Day trips


Day to Day:

We are seeking a driven and results oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, anda a hunger to chase and close new business opportunities.

Managing their book of business. Managing the dealerships in that area – not cold calling. The Client sells their products to dealerships then they sell to end users.


Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Act as the client product line expert for dealer and customers in your region
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Manage our dealer networks
