The ideal candidate has Medicare sales experience, enjoys coaching and educating others, and can help recruit, train, and engage licensed agents for the purpose of developing Medicare Advantage sales strategies.


This is a significant year-round sales market with thousands of eligible agents and Medicare prospects. We are seeking a motivated sales leader to join us and help develop this excellent market. This is a full-time position, base salary plus commissions, benefits include healthcare, and 401-k. We are 100% independent, Veteran owned and operated, and hold direct contracts with over 100 national and regional carriers. Must have a current state health insurance license.
