Job Detail:
Title: Business Process Analyst (Non-IT)
Industry: Insurance Service
Location: Fully Remote (Working Hours PST)
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Must Haves:
- Experience as a Non- IT Business Analyst mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills required for cleaning and organizing messy data.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and form creation.
- Experience working withStakeholders.
- Experinece working with internal and external partners.
- Driving operational efficiency by optimizing data intake processes and exploring AI solutions for outsourcing.
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $125k – $130k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Information
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
