Lead Application Developer


An accomplished Lead Application Developer with over 10 years of enterprise-level expertise in crafting cutting-edge solutions. Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hybrid cloud, integration framework, distributed systems, C#, .Net, SQL, and Javascript.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, with a knack for integrating machine learning concepts into applications.

Responsibilities:


As a Lead Application Developer, you will:


Provide Leadership:

  • Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from integration to scaling and maintenance of innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate on setting the strategic direction for application development, shaping the future of our technology landscape.



Technology Design and Innovation:

  • Define elegant solutions by integrating existing blocks and addressing capability gaps, all while leading the charge on groundbreaking initiatives.
  • Spearhead the development of MVPs, Pilots, and POCs, showcasing your mastery, especially in the realm of AI technologies.

User-Focused Solutions:

  • Analyze user feedback, transform visions into system features, and deliver solutions that resonate with our user community.
  • Act as a troubleshooter-in-chief, supporting users and fellow developers with your technical acumen.

Performance and Quality:

  • Engineer high-quality, performant software designed to thrive in demanding, high-availability environments.
  • Craft code that stands the test of time, written with testing, idiom, and documentation at its core.

To Thrive in This Position, You'll Need:

  • A decade or more of hands-on experience in web applications.
  • Deep expertise in C#/.Net technologies and a proven track record in benefits administration.
  • Stellar communication skills that amplify your ability to collaborate seamlessly within our dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, coupled with an understanding of RDBMS/NoSQL and caching technologies.
  • A history of success in Agile/Scrum environments, with a knack for leading discussions on enterprise architectures.
