Job Description: We are seeking a talented Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our software solutions. You will lead a team of developers, guiding them in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, SQL, React or Angular, APIs, and .NET Core, with a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Architect and design scalable, efficient, and maintainable software systems.
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core.
  • Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.
  • Optimize database queries and data access layers using SQL.
  • Write clean, well-documented code and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of software applications.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • X+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL, React or Angular, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
