Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: Up to $60,000 plus benefits and generous PTO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
  • Process expense reports and assist with accounts payable tasks.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and property showings.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
  • Handle correspondence, both electronic and physical.
  • Provide support for marketing initiatives and social media management.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
