QUALIFICATIONS:
·         Certification in Lifeguarding, WSI, First Aid and CPR (or willingness to become certified).
·         Experience in Youth Programming, Customer Service, working with a variety of children between the ages of 6 months – 14 years old. 
·         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
·         Previous experience in a camp or youth program environment is preferred.

 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement engaging youth programs and activities aligned with our mission and goals.
·         Participate in developing and implementing seasonal youth program activities, swim programs, and Camp Fit.
·         Assist in the management and care of the physical facilities and equipment in all program and camp areas. 
·         Lead and manage staff, ensuring quality instruction, high energy, and overall performance.
·         Support the daily operations of youth programs and administrative tasks.
·         Under the Aquatic Director, you’ll help coordinate swim program schedules, including class times, instructor assignments, and pool availability, to optimize participant enrollment and facility utilization.
·         Drive program enrollment through proactive outreach, effective communication, and relationship-building with prospective participants and families.
·         Represent All Sport and Camp Fit when interacting with parents or the community. 
·         Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective clients throughout enrollment, addressing inquiries, scheduling tours, and facilitating registrations.
·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to showcase program benefits and features.
·         Collaborate with community organizations and partners to enhance program offerings and resources for youth participants.
·         Attend various tabling events in the community to build relationships and highlight All Sport’s offerings. 
 
PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB:
·         Be able to manage physical activities, such as standing, bending, and stretching as well as daily exposure to the sun and heat.
·         Ability to communicate and work with groups and provide necessary instruction to participating staff. 
·         Physical ability to respond appropriately to situations requiring First Aid and be able to assist campers and youth program participants in emergencies. 
 
OTHER JOB DUTIES:
·         This position may be combined with another position within All Sport.
·         Please note that this position may require working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
·         Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
