Survey Team Manager up to Director of Survey Level – RPLS (Supporting Land/Site Dev Group & Transportation Group)
Job Responsibilities:
San Antonio survey group made up of 2 Survey Crews/2 Techs Provide guidance/direction to Project Managers, Project Surveyors, and Survey Technicians Making decisions or recommendations regarding personnel actions such as hiring, disciplinary action, overtime, changes in pay for the Survey Team. Serve as client manager/project manager on large, complex projects Develop and review QA/QC survey deliverables for multiple projects Manage and review scope, budgets, schedules, and due diligence efforts Represent BGE at the whole-client level with outside communications and review processes and schedules for communication Continue to grow and develop high trust relationships and establish new internal external client relationships with key individuals in network Contact internal and external clients at regular intervals and conduct client feedback assessments and participate in client appreciation and relations activities and eventsJob Qualifications
Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) and DOT Precertification Associate or bachelor’s degree required 10+ years' experience in Land Surveying At least 5+ years of demonstrated management experience as Licensed SurveyorAbout Us:
