Job Summary:

Halff is seeking a highly skilled Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS, you will be responsible for managing projects, developing scope of work, schedule, and fee, and mentoring Survey Technicians. You will also support business development efforts and lead the preparation of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects, including developing scope of work, schedule, and fee
  • Mentor Survey Technicians
  • Support business development efforts
  • Lead the preparation of proposals
  • Successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity

Requirements:
  • Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License (RPLS)
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated management experience as Licensed Surveyor
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and mentor Survey Technicians
  • Ability to successfully manage projects
  • Supports business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals
  • Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity
