The candidate we are looking for should have great experience working with Personal Property and Casualty Insurance. They should also have their Property and Casualty Insurance license. Essential characteristics for this position include, independent motivation, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, the desire to work as a team, and strong attention to detail. - Managing a book of business
- Maintaining direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
- Maintaining communication with underwriters
- Marketing of agency client to insurance companies
- Handling all policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.,
Requirements
- Must have Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Post-secondary degree is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
