Position Overview:

Are you detail- minded, creative, hands-on and have good e-learning skills? Are you able to develop educational content in Canva or PowerPoint and support educational events for external and internal audience.

Your Impact:

The L&D Associate supports the Customer Education team in the design, development, and maintenance of instructional materials and content for training programs and interventions.

Key Tasks for this role

Support the Customer Education team in the initiation, planning and execution of learning interventions, workshops and conferences that algin’s Optigo Lenders and Servicers with Freddie Mac’s mission. Manage the Customer Education team content analytics and Learning Management System Support learning program initiatives and projects by crafting, developing, and implementing learning content. Create design documents outlining course objectives, content, assessment, and evaluation criteria. Proof external and internal training content and assets Review existing assets in the external Learning Management system to ensure they are compliant with best practices in training content design and development. Assist with events for lenders to improve how we do business together.

Qualifications:

1-3 years related experience in L&D or related field. Relevant College Degree Experience collaborating with internal business partners to achieve desired outcomes.

Highly organized and goal-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge and experience with e-learning development tools (Articulate Studio, RISE, Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suites). Ability to learn new skills / concepts quickly Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines Familiarity with e-learning platforms

This position requires a willingness to travel in the United States on a regular basis.
