**Our Impact**:

**Your Impact**:

- Build purpose-built solutions using Appian’s low-code development environment.
- Support what you build, including providing fixes to production defects. Quickly evaluate defects, investigate causes, and develop solutions to remediate.
- Support building best practices within the team for Appian development.

**Qualifications**:

- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
- 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in Appian development.
- Appian Level 1 certified (Level 2 preferred).
- Experience with Appian SAIL, Tempo, Records, Reports, and Sites.
- Strong understanding of BPM principles and methodologies.
- Experience with integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST), Appian Integration objects, and integration middleware.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience in code delivery pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under mínimal supervision.
