Job Duties

As a structures mechanic, you will work on the entire aircraft and effectively troubleshoot our customers’ fleet of A4 Skyhawk aircraft.  Maintenance Technicians are responsible to the Director of Maintenance and shall ensure that the procedure outlined in FAA Regulations and manufacturer’s instructions are complied with. In addition to all responsibilities listed below, work involves the responsibility of performing routine maintenance, and major inspections on corporate jet aircraft. Troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft systems and engines is accomplished by this position. In addition, component removal and reinstallation, operational checks and leak checks. The Structures Mechanic is responsible for using sound judgment and technical aptitude to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence, and techniques, troubleshooting and discrepancy resolution.

Job Qualifications

Meet all FAA and Safety Requirements  A valid FAA issued A&P Certificate is preferred but not required 6+Years MRO or Fighter Jet exp Possess good troubleshooting skills Possess excellent communication and people skills Possess problem-solving and organizational skills Be willing to work a variety of shifts which may include night/third shift position including nights, and weekends. Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety.  Be at least 18 years of age  Possess a valid unrestricted driver license. Be able to read, write, and understand the English Language Be familiar with Company and Manufacturer Manuals Be able to comfortably lift 60 lbs. routinely with or without reasonable accommodation. Displays and promotes a positive attitude toward work and other employees.
