Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the IGet and Real Woods Cigars Merchandise Representative revolve around the ability to network, sign up accounts, build relationships with clients, and persuade business owners to display and distribute IGet and Real woods Cigars in their location. There are a wide range of duties in this position, including but not limited to:
Duties
  • Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be ideal for this position.
  • Placing the products in highly visible places in the store to attract new consumers.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador to create memorable experiences for potential customers.
  • Emphasizes the features of IGet products and promotes new customers to the brand.
  • Creates new customer accounts by interacting with local owners of gas stations, convenience stores, smoke shops and liquor stores.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to keep up to date about the latest products.
  • Develops relationships with new/existing customers or business partners.
  • Engages in cold calling, networking, and attending sales meetings.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills are needed while working with a variety of people.
  • Asserting confidence to succeed in cold-calling customers and making in-person sales transactions.
  • Physical endurance is needed, and sales representatives may be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations, and carry heavy products.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
· Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role.
· In-depth knowledge of cigars and expertise in vaping products.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
· Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Must have experience in the C-store, vape and tobacco industry.
· Background in B2B sales is preferred.
