Sr. SAP IS Oil Analyst

Summary
We are looking for an SAP IS Oil Consultant who can optimize processes throughout the implementation, support, and enhancement of the SAP IS Oil & Gas solution for Hydrocarbon Value Chain. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
Responsibilities

Identify, map, and implement SAP S/4HANA for the Energy sector including designing business process, building interfaces, and configuring SAP IS-Oil and TSW modules. Facilitate and/or support business workshops gaining technical alignment of priorities, requirements, designs, testing, training, and project steps going forward for deployment and stabilization. Use project management skills to structure, describe, and present complex issues/solutions. Provide functional and technical perspective in Core Workstream, as well as integration with other modules. Review the technical design, provide feedback, and support the completion of deliverables. Develop/Manage detailed system configuration and testing to meet the Functional Business Requirements. Influence and validate change impacts, and create training materials for super users and end users. Provide support for cutover, go-live, hypercare, and sustainment activities.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT business Systems including: Experience with SAP implementations in the Oil & Gas industry (SAP IS-OIL) business processes for primary distribution; Solid knowledge of relevant business processes in Hydrocarbon Value Chain (HVC) including midstream and downstream and bulk MoTs (Pipe, Rail, Marine); Implementing exchange and terminal processes and integrating with related SAP areas including MM, SD, FI, and TM; Domain experience with the Oil & Gas industry; design authority for TSW Topics, IPW, Quantity Conversion; Expert knowledge of SAP IS-OIL TSW modules: Nomination, Tickets, Junction Functions, SPW/IPW, etc. Experience in renewables processes: LCFS and RINS. Experience integrating SAP TSW with Site Systems, Rail Applications, and Pipeline Portals. SAP certification in S/4HANA IS OIL & Gas with working knowledge of Fiori apps: SAP SD, MM, FI, HR, TM, PM. Knowledge of how to integrate the following SAP modules: AP, AR, Tax, MM, SD, TM; as well as how to identify gaps in existing designs and provide solutions to meet current and future requirements. Excellent collaboration and communication skills (written and oral). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent in years of experience, education, and training).


This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity with our Inver Grove, MN client. H1-B Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
