Start off with a guaranteed of $3,000 per month, meaning while you have your training wheels on you will make no less than $3,000 per month.
With the bonus program we have in place and a great desire to come in every day with the right mind set the sky is the limit with how much many you can make.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Work closely with the sales team to reach sales goals and targets
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for sales transactions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and secure referral business
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
• Prior sales experience in the auto industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
