Your New Role:

As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll be the right hand to our NC Lead and field supervisors. You'll get hands-on with HVAC installations for both commercial and residential projects, learning all the ins and outs of the trade. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Assisting with rough-ins, trims, and start-ups
• Gathering and managing tools, ensuring everything’s in place for each job
• Learning HVAC systems—drilling, wiring, venting fireplaces, and installing garage heaters
• Keeping the job site clean and organized while working hard alongside your team
• Building relationships with clients, vendors, and your teammates

• Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic hand tool knowledge
  • Background in construction or a service field
• Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements:
  • Valid MT Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mechanical-based degree or technical program
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • ServiceTitan experience
• Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
  • Potential exposure to chemicals and on-call work as needed
