Duties/Responsibilities Plumbing QA/QC Technician:

Responsible for quality control programs on projects Documents job walks with project status photos Fosters relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Stakeholders Ensures all safety and environmental policies are followed Ensures all work is installed per project scope and adheres to industry standards and codes Ensures field personnel have the appropriate tools and materials Evaluates construction methods and cost-effectiveness Regularly visits projects to assess performance, safety, progress, and quality Attends corporate project status meetings Confirms ADA regulations and code for installation

Software/Equipment Qualifications Plumbing QA/QC Technician:

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) Proficient in Adobe PDF editor or similar Competence in operating a desktop computer/laptop and a cell phone/iPad Proficient in using ERP tools Familiarity with Bluebeam construction software preferred Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Build, FieldWire, etc. preferred

Required Skills/Abilities Plumbing QA/QC Technician:

Must be a licensed plumber Basic computer skills Must have current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certificate (must obtain OSHA 10 Certificate within 90 days of hire)
