Day Group Sales Representative

The Day Group Sales Representative is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Day Group Sales efforts, including, but not limited to the selling of: skiing and snowboarding, water park groups, climbing center & movie nights, tram rides, golf outings, disc golf, college products, etc. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders for group needs and plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Booking regional direct day group business. Ticketing of all Day Groups, utilizing ticketing software. Communicates directly with all day groups, up-selling all potential sales opportunities. Attends regional off-site sales efforts for Jay Peak Resort. Promotes smooth implementation of any Day Group needs. Daily and weekly use of the Day Group forecasting templates. Sales of all products offered, across the resort. Communicates with internal stakeholders for group needs and plans. Researches as needed for day group sales efforts. Develops new regional business contacts for day group, off-site, college and water park sales efforts. Answers phone calls to the general sales line on a daily basis. Daily retrieval emails from the general group email account. Participates in weekly team meetings. Works closely with Senior Sales Manager and DOS to produce bi-weekly sales reports. Works with SSM and DOS for complete end of season and annual reporting.WHY WORK AT JAY PEAK?
