Job Description

Payroll Administrator/ Accounting Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Payroll Administrator/ Accounting Support to join our dynamic Accounting team. 
As an Payroll Administrator/ Accounting Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate payroll processing is completed on a bi-weekly basis of all hotel employees.

What you will be doing:

Bi-weekly Payroll processing and collecting all supporting documentation according to Focus Audit company guidelines outlined. Generating and providing accurate reports which will include the daily Labor Report, producing Payroll journal entries and completing Month End closing reports and processes. Providing Accounting support where necessary, to include supporting Accounts Receivables and reporting to the Assistant Controller. Reviewing Daily Operations Packet (Audit Pack) to ensure accuracy and research any missing items. S/He will ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed in order to maintain proper Focus Audit controls. 
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Two years of Accounting/Supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong organizational skills to ensure proper and accurate reporting and timely payment of accounts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. OPERA & Silverware experience is preferred. Must have experience working with computers, specifically Excel and Word.
