Rédiger des projets d'arrêts principalement en allemand et, si nécessaire en français, principalement dans les domaines du droit des étrangers, du droit cité, de la protection de l'Etat, des accords de Schengen et de Dublin, de l'apatridie, des documents d'identité et de l'aide sociale pour les Suisses de l'étranger Participer activement à l'instruction de recours de droit administratif Au besoin, participer à des groupes de travail thématiques Tenir le procès-verbal des délibérations

Votre profil

Diplôme de droit complètes, de préférence avec brevet d'avocat, doctorat et/ou master (  Expérience professionelle, de préférence dans l'administration, une étude d'avocat ou une institution judicaire bonne connaissance du droit de la procédure administrative et intérêt pour le droit international ainsi que pour les questions de droit des migrations Maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand et du français, expression linguistique précise, capacité d'analyse affutée, grande indépendance et résistance au stress, ouverture à la critique, esprit d'équipe Allemand et français comme langue principale et de travail, des connaissances d'italien constituent un atout
