**Résumé des fonctions**:
Le chauffeur fournit des services de transport, de livraison et/ou de courses à tous les programmes de mission.

Fournit des services de conduite sécuritaire aux hauts fonctionnaires, aux gestionnaires de programme, au personnel de mission et à d’autres visiteurs ou dignitaires. Peut également conduire les personnes à charge et les clients CBS, dans certaines circonstances.

Fournit des services de messagerie et de logistique, organise l'entretien et le nettoyage des véhicules, assume les tâches administratives des véhicules et peut en outre soutenir la mission en aidant aux services administratifs, de protocole, de maintenance et autres services de soutien de base conformément aux politiques établies de la mission et du département.

**QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIELLES**

**Études**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires/lycées ou l'équivalent. (Des exemples de diplômes équivalents sont le développement de l'éducation générale (GED) et l'éducation de base des adultes (ABE).

**Profil linguistique**:

- Un niveau de compétence intermédiaire en anglais (écrit et oral).

**Expérience**:

- Au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience dans la conduite d'un véhicule appartenant à une entreprise et/ou au gouvernement dans la région de Chicagoland au cours des 5 dernières années. (c'est-à-dire chauffeur de limousine, chauffeur de taxi, chauffeur-livreur, policier, agent de sécurité);
- Expérience en entretien automobile (c'est-à-dire changement d'un balai d'essuie-glace, ajout de liquides d'essuie-glace et compréhension élémentaire de l'entretien automobile);
- Expérience dans la prestation de services administratifs et/ou de bureau de base.

**EXIGENCES COTÉES**

**Connaissances**:

- Excellente connaissance des tracés des rues et des schémas de circulation dans la zone métropolitaine locale et ses environs;
- Connaissance de l'utilisation du matériel de bureau standard et du travail avec la suite Microsoft Office, c'est-à-dire Excel, Word, Outlook et d'autres bases de données.

**Capacités**:

- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.

- Utilisez le GPS, la navigation et les systèmes technologiques associés;
- Capacité d'évaluer les situations qui pourraient toucher la sécurité et à prendre les mesures appropriées dans de tels cas;
- Capacité d'utiliser le véhicule assigné de manière sécuritaire et courtoise.

**Qualifications constituant un atout**:

- Maîtrise du français (oral);
- Un (1) an d'expérience dans la conduite de délégations officielles et de VIP, y compris des officiels de haut niveau;
- Expérience dans la planification d'itinéraires, en tenant compte des problèmes de sécurité, du calendrier et des obstacles ou retards potentiels.

**Exigences opérationnelles**:

- Les heures normales de travail pour ce poste sont conformes aux conditions d'emploi du personnel recruté sur place (ERP) aux États-Unis de 40 heures par semaine;
- Le salarié doit être capable d'effectuer des heures supplémentaires et de travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine;
- Le salarié doit conduire dans tous types de conditions météorologiques;
- Le travail nécessite de conduire un véhicule et de rester assis pendant de longues périodes et peut nécessiter de soulever des colis, des boîtes, des bagages, des marchandises et/ou d'autres équipements.

**Conditions d'emploi**:
Les conditions d'emploi doivent être remplies ou respectées avant une nomination à un poste particulier et doivent être maintenues pendant toute la durée du contrat par le titulaire du poste.
- **Autorisation de travail valide**: Capacité à obtenir et conserver un permis de travail valide couvrant toute la période d’emploi.
- **Vérification de sécurité**:Obtenir et conserver une Cote de fiabilité (niveau de sécurité) qui comprend une vérification des antécédents criminels et une vérification de solvabilité du gouvernement du Canada couvrant toute la période d'emploi.
