Responsibilities may include: Performing duties as outlined in the plan of care. Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient's status to the supervising RN. Maintaining a safe patient environment. Providing emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families. Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements for this position include: Current STNA certification. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area. Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
