The Store Leader is held accountable for Wowing our guests with a positive experience by providing fast, safe, efficient and friendly customer service; The Store Manager is responsible for the overall compliance of all company standards and to maximize sales by achieving sales and labor goals. Starting pay = base of $46,800 + eligible for commission paid out monthly in various locations Essential Duties / Job Responsibilities: Weigel’s Core Values Including:•Heroic Customer Service•Passionately Seek Solutions•Create Positivity with Others•Do the right thing, even when its hard•Respect and appreciate•Honesty and integrity2.Responsible for training, developing and directing the team members; maintaining sales records; controlling the flow and distribution of merchandise and supplies; and providing for the safety and security of the team members.3.Assists in achieving sales and labor goals in an effort to maximize sales.4.Proficient in both opening and closing store procedures, daily banking, cash handling and loss prevention procedures; responsible for balancing, verifying, and maintaining store funds and keeping cash tills low. Auditing daily paperwork.5.Complying with all guest service and merchandising procedures; effectively using reorder guides to maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering of products.6.Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in order to complete store banking procedures as needed.7.Reflecting Weigel’s image by interacting in a professional manner with guests, associates, peers, vendors and home office personnel. Maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere; motivating staff.8.Receiving and processing deliveries in accordance with company standards and safeguards.9.Ensures that all safety standards are being met.10.Responsible and accountable for the facility as pertaining to its overall physical image, maintenance, equipment, inventory and cash and cash equivalencies.11.Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor12.Maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Following all schedules and personnel scheduling policies / procedures.

Requirements

school diploma or equivalent.•Ability to work with guests; properly respond to inquiries or complaints; communicate complaints, requests, operational issues, etc. in a professional, effective and timely manner.•Ability to work with other store associates as a team.•Basic computer skills – ability to utilize Microsoft windows environment to perform clock in and out procedures and company paperwork.•Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and write English; solve practical problems; basic math skills. Follow written & verbal instructions; able to make change accurately.•Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to stay focused; professional phone etiquette.•PREFFERED – Prior retail experience. *A background screen and drug test is required for this position.
