Serves as a leader, innovator, mentor and role model for Peoria Cardiovascular Services. Collaborates with the CV Director, CV Manager, CV Medical Director, Physicians, Chief Nursing Executive, Vice Presidents, Managers of hospital departments and staff to coordinate educational efforts and CV best practice to best serve our patients. Provides oversight and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and KPI's of the Peoria Cardiovascular Services.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
ADN or BSN
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License Registered Nurse with current IL license required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in leadership role preferred.
