We provide the modern-day solution to meet customer’s immediate everyday needs with products ranging from snacks and ice cream to household goods and beer, at the click of a Junior IT Operations Support Analyst is a temporary position that will be a part of a team responsible for maintaining hardware for employees and our production systems. This role interacts with the IT support team, and will report to the IT Support Manager.

You Will:

Triage hardware issues, and prepare hardware to be sent back to the field Wipe laptops Assist other IT teams, as time permits, on more complex projects

You Have:
