Job Description

Bilingual P&C Commercial and Personal Insurance Producer

Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service for commercial and personal lines customers.

Qualifications:

Establish new relationships with potential clients Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners Identify prospects through cold calling over the phone, visiting local businesses, and walk-ins Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance Familiarize yourself with range of products and systems through agency provided training

Requirements: 

Proven customer service and sales skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties. Experience from an Independent Agency or a Captive Agent Must hold Property & Casualty License.' Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish

Compensation:

Salary: $45k - $55K + commission
