The Associate Director Complaint Management will serve as a leader within the bankresponsible for managing a bank wide Complaint Management Program in alignment with the bank compliance risk management program, regulatory expectations and industry standards.
The position will manage the execution of a Complaint Management Program for the bank and its financial services affiliate(s) to include establishing policies and procedures, complaint identification and capture processes, complaint resolution, notification, root cause analysis and any corresponding process improvements. The role will work closely with multiple business lines and centers of excellence within the Bank and its affiliates to fully oversee and execute over the complaint lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience with compliance, risk or operations team or function within the financial services industry3+ years of experience in leading a compliance, risk or operations team or function within the financial services industry2+ years of experience building and/or managing a financial services customer feedback / complaint management programExperience collaborating closely with key stakeholders Proven to be detail-oriented and self-motivated. solid organizational skillsProven effective written documentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsProven excellent critical thinking skills and ability to work within tight time constraintsDemonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced and multi-tasking environmentDemonstrated ability to manage work teams of employees and contract/PT employeesDemonstrated ability to creatively develop training materials as appropriate and conduct training, as applicablePreferred Qualification:
Experience working with state or federal bank regulator and/or examination management experience working with banking regulators*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
