Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in auto dealership management Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits. Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Create a positive sales culture for the team & create a “team winning” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
