Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field, is preferred.

? At least three years of related experience are required.

? Experience with QuickBooks online/desktop is a must

? Previous Banking or Financial Services industry experience is a plus

? Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; verifying data

? Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports

? Reconcile bank accounts monthly

? Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.

? Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.

? Responsible for Accounts Receivable & Payable.

? Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.

? Provides accounting support by reviewing financial information; converting data to a general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.

? Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

? Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
