Position and Responsibilities :
Maintain a high standard of customer service by keeping up to date reporting and tracking procedures Follow the Quality Systems requirements for record keeping to ensure accuracy of reporting and for both internal and external customers Constant Monitoring and improvement of our ISO Certification and documenting procedures Help to develop & maintain Standardized Work Instructions used throughout the manufacturing quality organization by QC team members. Work with the quality manager to accurately capture customers documentation needs in BIM 360 Support the development of Process Failures and Effects Analysis to identify critical risks in the production processes as well as documenting the changes.Qualifications:
2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance Field or related discipline ISO Certification Knowledge High School Diploma Applicable Training for competency and awareness Ability to perform all RK employee requirements per the employee handbook Comply with all company policies and procedures. Strong computer skills and knowledge in Spreadsheet and Office Software Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively implement new procedures and regulations.Company Benefits

Safety is Our Top Priority:
Comply with all company policies and procedures. All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present. Employees should immediately notify their supervisor so that the hazard may be corrected. RK Mechanical employees and subcontractors are required to implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices including the training requirements of RK Mechanical Orientation, shop specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 10.Minimum Physical Requirements:
Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas. Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations. Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch. Employee must be in general good health and able to work in the shop environment. Employee must be able to follow all requirements for PPE on a daily basis.
