The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing Print and Digital projects with responsibilities in Real Estate Ads, social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management.
In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Compensation:$20 - $24 Hourly DOE
Responsibilities:- Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current.
- Make sure all company online and print materials are accurate and relevant in accordance with company compliance policies.
- Oversee all-new community listing launches and develop Ad campaigns and SM ads to entice potential buyers.
- Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely.
- Has a creative, fresh approach to social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers.
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Marketing or Business or related major are not required but preferred.
- Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions & can operate with strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must.
- Develop new concepts based on Team input, preferred 2+ years of experience in Digital and Print Marketing, but willing to train the right candidate who may be in School still.
- Must know WordPress, Publisher, or Abbe Software and or Canva.
- Must know how to work with IM channels for team communication, as well as being proficient in Google Suite products, like Sheets, Gmail Calander, and Drive for could docs.
