As a Security Site Supervisor for DK Security at this site location, your duties include supervision and leadership of approximately 5-6 assigned Uniform Security Officers where one Officer works at a time and we provide coverage 24/7/365. This is a working-Supervisor type role where you would perform the duties of an Officer in addition to your supervisory responsibilities.

This client location is a multi-story government building where we are primarily posted at a front reception desk.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Access Control - Only employees are allowed in the building unescorted. Camera Monitoring - Monitor CCTV for safety and security concerns. Training - Train and coach officers in the duties required at this site. Scheduling - Schedule Officers for 24/7 coverage of the site and ensure all shifts are properly filled. Coverage - Communicate with team and on-call officers to fill any call-offs. The supervisor would go in if no other coverage found. CURRENT OPENING:
1st Shift: 8AM-4PM / Monday-Friday  Full-Time (40+ hours / Week) On Call 24/7 - Respond to Officer's calling for guidance or call-offs PERKS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent. May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Must be able to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter. Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image. Must be willing to become CPR/1st Aide/AED Certified Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record. (Required for driving sites)Less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 yearsLess than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 yearsNo other major violations in the last 3 years. Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairsMust be able to occasionally lift up to 50 poundsMust be readily able to respond to emergency situations Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
