As a Contract Recruiter for New Clients, your primary responsibility is to identify and establish relationships with new client organizations seeking recruitment services. Your role is crucial in expanding our client base and ensuring a consistent flow of job opportunities for our candidates. You will work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to achieve these objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Client Acquisition:
  • Research and identify potential client organizations in need of recruitment services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to establish connections with decision-makers in target industries.

Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and culture.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job specifications and qualifications for open positions.

Proposal Development:
  • Prepare compelling proposals that outline our recruitment services, pricing structure, and timelines.
  • Customize proposals to align with each client's unique needs and preferences.

Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, such as HR managers, hiring managers, and executives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and our recruitment team.

Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Use market knowledge to tailor recruitment solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

Collaborative Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to source, screen, and present suitable candidates to clients.
  • Facilitate the interview and selection process, acting as a liaison between clients and candidates.

Account Management:
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on the progress of client engagements, including candidate placements and time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruiting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
