Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Procurement to lead our procurement team. This role is instrumental in upholding our commitment to sourcing the best quality products while maintaining cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will embody our Genuine Values and demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and procurement expertise. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals and values.  Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve excellence in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.  Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.  Oversee the procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation.  Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and culinary teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and objectives.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.  Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to procurement activities.  Requirements Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.  Proven track record of success in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.  Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.  Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.  Familiarity with food service industry practices and regulations is preferred.  Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a plus.
