Drive the creation and delivery of related QA documentation and training to document the test plan, test harness, configuration changes, and results. Document and track all activities within Jira. Works with others cooperatively, demonstrating a willingness to be a team player, and contributing to a work environment that focuses on shared departmental goals. Qualifications
You'll be a good fit for this role if you have experience: Four () + years of QA experience in large enterprise settings delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform, with experience in a government or state agency a plus. Mastery of software Quality Assurance / Testing methodologies, obtained via university degree or work experience. Ability to pick things up very quickly and turn them into action plans. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using SQA tools (Test Rail & JIRA) and database querying tools. Knowledge and hands-on experience with: Agile Scrum (QA lead, scrum master a plus) JIRA and other CI/CD tools Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Online Demonstrated ability to effectively document, track and drive the team toward QA goals and objectives. Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies – working in cloud and on-premises environments Highly organized and able to maintain detailed documentation on processes, standards, and projects. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively multitask. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff, as well as senior management and across Commonwealth of Massachusetts organizations. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and provide technical support to both technical and non-technical audiences. Working on projects with external vendors. Many of our product teams are composed of both external vendors and internal team members. We will rely on you to advocate with our vendors, directing them to ensure that the vendor’s team is delivering high-quality software on time and according to agreed-upon functionality.
