Position Highlights:
Full-time entails 6-8, 24 hour shifts/monthFlexible scheduling, 24 hour, in-house shifts

Piedmont Fayette Hospital
Piedmont Fayette Hospital has been serving the Fayetteville community since 1997. This 282-bed, level III acute care facility offers 24-hour anesthesia, emergency and ICU services (covered by pulmonary-critical care intensivists), women's care, orthopedics, heart and cancer care as well as a 20-bed NICU. Piedmont Fayette features state-of-the-art technologies for care in digital imaging, surgery, and cardiovascular services. Piedmont Fayette Hospital is committed to delivering top-notch care to its community.

Approximately 22 miles south of downtown Atlanta, Fayetteville is the county seat Fayette County, Georgia, and is home to approximately 19,000 residents. Fayetteville is one of the best places to live in the state with excellent school systems, and easy access to over 100 miles of recreational paths in nearby Peach Tree City. The Fayette County Courthouse was built in 1825 and is the oldest surviving courthouse in Georgia. The courthouse sits in the center of the Fayetteville town square and today houses the local chamber of commerce and the Fayette County Development Authority. Amusement parks are also available with Fun Junction USA, formerly Dixieland Fun Park, which is the third largest amusement park in Georgia and has received awards for their annual Halloween festival. Trilith Studios ( formerly Pinewood Atlanta Studios) is also located in Fayetteville and is the largest film and television production studio in the United States outside the state of California.
