Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Data and Relationship platform (CDRP) is part of the Enterprise Data Governance Platforms (EDGP) organization, which sits within Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS).CDRP is playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategy for managing customer data enterprise wide through the Customer domain data office and establishing Customer360 as a trusted authority in customer data management, creating a single source of truth about customers and leveraging that knowledge to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The Sr. Analyst Digital Product Management will execute critical initiatives in the customer domain data ecosystem. Specifically, this role will focus on the efficient delivery of key data risk activities as part of Enterprise Data management across Customer360 platform, including partnering with lines of business, product teams, and second line partners.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams, via collaboration with multiple stakeholders on Requirements Grooming, Design, Architecture and Prioritization across multiple scrum teams. Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize features and user stories to ensure that work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the product strategy. Partner with the design and technology teams to develop, evaluate, deliver the defined capabilities, and rapidly iterate innovative solutions. Keep up to date with industry, competitor, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and latest trends. Manage program blocking issues, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints. Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for products.

Qualification Requirements:

Self-starter who can work independently, has exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills, strong organizational skills with great attention to details. Bachelors degree is required; Masters level is a plus 3+ years professional experience is required. Prior experience as a product analyst or product owner in digital field with Agile/SAFe experience is a plus. APIs are your best friend and architecture scaling excites you. Experience with analytical and API testing tools like Postman, Splunk, Tableau, MS Power BI, MS Excel is preferred. Fluent with programming and querying languages (e.g. Hive, Python, SQL, HiveQL, etc) and willingness to learn new tools & programming languages. Knowledge of Functional and Non-Functional testing; experience with Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to take independent responsibility of projects/tasks and complete with high-quality. Demonstrated understanding of how data needs to be organized, transferred, accessed, monitored, and controlled.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
