Summary/Objective

The Field Service Technician installs our equipment, provides onsite maintenance services, and troubleshoot in the field in varying environments. As a main contact person for our customers, the Field Service Technician represents Zund and must therefore identify themselves closely with the company, products, and clientele.

What you would do:

  • Install and service digital finishing equipment
  • Complete paperwork related to the installation and service of digital finishing equipment
  • Troubleshoot via phone support for customers
  • Provide customer service on related equipment and products
  • Follow up with service-related issues to make sure they are resolved and documented
  • Learn software related to digital finishing equipment
  • Train customers on use of cutters and related software both onsite and virtually
  • Setup and takedown equipment and participate during trade shows
  • Follow written procedures and service manager's directions

  • Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Willing to work flexible hours and overnight travel up to 80%
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Good team player that is honest, and dependable
  • Problem solver that has pride in workmanship
  • Strong desire for customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
