The Systems Manager, AV is responsible for developing technical solutions and providing support to all the business units of ETP.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
• Review future event orders for accuracy and efficiency, identifying any potential problems and offering solutions.
• Work with the Sales, Equipment Logistics, and Leadership teams to assist in resolving issues with gear and/or help identify appropriate substitutions.
• Act as an internal technical consultant, relaying technical issues and trends to LMG leadership and Show Services staff to improve overall process.
• Identify any packages, kits or equipment that need to be updated and provide appropriate replacements.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to design, evaluate, and innovate Quality Control processes.
• Ensure overall quality of product inventory to fulfill ETP company standards.
• Advise on potential investments in new technology and product life cycle for the Video Department.
• Provide technical support to the show technicians to ensure the quality of the LMG brand.
• Assist technical managers and operations leadership in training for show technicians, quality control technicians, and engineering staff.
• Travel to show site to validate success of system designs and deployment.
• Participate in venue walk-throughs to determine technical requirements and limitations to ensure optimal show quality as needed.
Base Salary Range: $80,055/yr - $118,636/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
