About the Opportunity

JOB SUMMARY:

The Success Manager manages the student experience for specific programs within the EDGE team’s portfolio to deliver on Northeastern’s values around experiential learning.

This hire can be located at either the Boston, MA or Charlotte, NC campus, to be accessible to either NU location. This position is hybrid, requiring 2-days a week on campus.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Advising and assisting learners with academic and program concerns; serving as the connector for learners to various university resources.Working with instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement.Developing and implementing communication and engagement plan for learners.Organizing and attend live sessions and assist with delivery as needed.Collecting information and distribute reporting for learner success metrics; escalate specific learner concerns to program manager.Assist in course registration and manage student orientation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly developed people skills and ability to successfully communicate, both in writing and verbally, with a broad range of stakeholders.Strong organizational, problem solving, administrative, and time management skills. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and summarize data.Demonstrated strong business writing and project management skills. Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.Knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree plus one to three years of related student support and/or operations management experience.
