Industrial Process (IP) is seeking a highly capable Data Analyst that will use data to solve business problems. IP is looking for someone with forward-thinking, strategic contributor who partner to establish analytics strategy for a $1B+ multi-national business unit. A successful person in this role will have previous successful experiences, enabling advanced data analytics and using artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform and modernize operations, engineering, sales, finance and other business functions to improve efficiency, creating scalability, and enhancing the experience for customers and employees. This position will generate value and innovation by providing insightful analytics utilizing ML/AI and other analytic techniques which will allow the organization to become a true “Data-Driven Organization.”
This role is responsible for supporting the business in day-to-day operations, as well as envisioning, recommending, and facilitating business changes to automate, streamline and ensure a highly available service offering for our internal and external customers.
Essential Responsibilities
Identify and consolidate various processes, tools, reports, etc. to consolidate all reports, dashboard and analytics applications – rationalize and harmonize all sources for simplified use and visualization via PowerBI. Partner with the Enterprise Analytics team and understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities and provide best-in-class solutions that create value and competitive advantage; define scope, requirements, and functional design to meet business needs. As part of these functional design,use existing tools and data dictionaries to facilitate streamlining of business key business measures.
Work closely with business analysts and technical subject matter experts to understand the source systems and assist in the analysis of data integration and data transformation. Support teams with data requirements, source-to-target mappings, and other data-oriented deliverables. Troubleshoot job failures with developers, where necessary. Support development and monitoring of data quality and data governance processes. Work with Corporate Enterprise Analytics Team to lead the transformation of enterprise data platforms to enable AI, data science, analytics, optimization, and system integration. Identification of opportunities for AI integration to enhance IT capabilities and drive innovation while evaluating emerging technologies and trends. Establish data analytics and AI skillset to build in-house expertise and best practices across the organization.
Position Requirements
Master’s with 1+ year or Bachelor’s with 5+ or equivalent education degree is must. Proficiency in data visualization tools Expertise in AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically. Ability to be challenged with ambiguous situations; dissect and plan the work that simplifies the work for themselves and others, with a focus on delivering results. Passion for data and innovation. Experience with Microsoft Azure products, Power BI or similar technologies. Solid technical background, with hands-on software development experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion while maintaining quality standards and project deadlines.

We aim to pay our ‘ITT’ers’ fairly and competitively in the locations that they live and work. Pay-for-performance is a principle that we believe in, and employees are rewarded based not only on ‘what’ they accomplish, but also on ‘how’ they reflect ITT’s values. ITT offers a competitive salary and robust total rewards package, such as health insurance, 401(k), short and long-term disability, paid time off, growth and developmental opportunities, and other incentive compensation programs. Specific benefits are dependent upon whether or not the position is part of a collective-bargaining agreement. The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
Equal Pay Act Range
Annual Salary Range $72,600 to $108,800 plus benefits and incentive plans.
